Here at Ton Company, we see clients as contributing members of the design team. Their needs are foremost throughout the process, which is an open dialogue of creation, analysis and modification. Even construction projects in Krabi, is now carried out in house, this creates continuity and the shared vision our clients expect and deserve for their project.
Our English, Thai & French speaking team, includes in-house architects, engineers and landscape architects. It allows clients to be involved at every stage, and receive expert advice and guidance on the legal, aesthetic and structural practicalities of their project.
Ton Company Ltd. is an independent Architecture, Developer and General Building Contractor company who manage and offer ‘Full Turn Key Services’ for all sizes of project from conception through completion of construction and final handover.
We are happy to show you our current projects and job sites. All the architecture and engineering work is done in our Krabi offices on Ao Nang road. Our Thai license Architects and Engineers sign all the plans prior to submission for building permission.
With 10 years of experience in the Krabi area, we can offer fairly accurate forecasting both for project budgets and for rental income, meaning less risk for the client. We have over 60 architectural and construction projects under our belt in Ao Nang, Koh Lanta & Trang.

In his current position, Mr. Loriers directly oversees Ton company's operations including all facets of each new and current project including: management, production and personnel. Construction can then be overseen in full by a dedicated project manager and foreman, with the owners being kept updated on progress via email reports and Skype. Once the villa is completed, the maintenance and marketing of the property can also be managed by the same company.
